How to Become A Member
If you are interested in joining the Genesis Club, please follow this process:
- Contact the Membership Services Unit at 508-831-0100 x23. They will schedule an informal tour for you.
- After having the tour, you will be asked to have a referral form completed by a medical professional/social worker.

- After the referral form is reviewed, you will be contacted by phone by the Membership Unit to arrange an orientation.
- Membership Services' Unit conducts a three-day orientation every week. New members are asked to select a staff advisor and unit to work when in the clubhouse.

The Genesis Club is open to any person who has been diagnosed with a mental illness.
It is a voluntary program where members work on their recovery at their own pace through a combination of working with their advisor, being part of a unit, and accessing our services such as housing, employment, education, wellness, etc.
