2018 Building Dreams Event - Table Captain Registration

Thank you for considering being a Table Captain at our annual fundraising event. As a Table Captain you have agreed to fill a table of  4 to 8 people, including yourself. You also have the opportunity to sponsor a table for $1,000, $3,000 or $5,000.
