Genesis Club partners with local businesses throughout Central Massachusetts to connect motivated Clubhouse members with meaningful employment opportunities. Through our employment programs, members gain confidence, develop valuable workplace skills, and receive ongoing support while employers gain dependable, well-prepared employees.
Whether you're looking to fill an entry-level position or build a long-term hiring partnership, Genesis Club works alongside both employers and employees to help everyone succeed.
Transitional Employment
Transitional Employment (TE) provides businesses with qualified employees while offering members the opportunity to build work experience in a supportive environment.
Benefits for Employers
Reduced training time – Genesis Club staff learn each position in advance and help train participating members.
Reliable employees – Members are expected to meet the same workplace standards as any employee while receiving individualized support as they learn the position.
Guaranteed job coverage – If a member is unable to work a scheduled shift, Genesis Club provides coverage at no additional cost to the employer.
Flexible staffing – Part-time positions can be shared among members, allowing businesses to meet staffing needs without requiring employee benefits.
Supported Employment
Supported Employment helps members transition into competitive employment with local businesses in both part-time and full-time positions.
Many members begin with Transitional Employment before moving into Supported Employment, although participation in Transitional Employment is not required. Throughout employment, Genesis Club continues to provide individualized support to both the member and the employer, helping ensure long-term success in the workplace.
